These terms govern your use of qinpmy.com and any purchase you make from Kangpin Goods. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: October 8, 2026.
1. Who we are
Kangpin Goods is a US-based online store operating from 623 San Luis Rey Rd, Arcadia, CA 91007. You can reach us at support@qinpmy.com.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We accept payment by PayPal and major debit and credit cards. Payment must clear before an order ships. If a listed price is obviously incorrect, we will contact you before charging or shipping.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship from our California warehouse, normally within 1–2 business days. Most US addresses receive delivery in 3–5 business days. Free US shipping applies to orders over $25; smaller orders ship at a flat $4.99 rate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
5. Returns and refunds
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
6. Product information and safe use
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly between monitors. Fitness equipment sold on this site is not a medical device. Consult a physician before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have an existing injury or health condition, and stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, product photography, logos and layout — belongs to Kangpin Goods and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
